<ul> <li>1/2 banana</li> <li>1 tbsp peanut butter</li> <li>1 tsp honey</li> <li>1/2 c milk</li> <li>1/2 c cooked quinoa</li> <li>dash of vanilla</li> <li>1/4 to 1/2 c&nbsp;frozen or unfrozen blueberries, strawberries, other fruits</li> <li>couple tbsp frozen blueberries, strawberries, other fruits</li> <li>couple tbsp flaked almonds or other nuts</li> </ul> <p>In a small bowl, mash the banana. Add PB,&nbsp;honey, and vanilla&nbsp;and mix until smooth. Add the milk and mix to combine. Fold in quinoa and half the berries and mix.</p> <p>Pour into hipster mason jar or glass and top with remaining berries and nuts.</p> <p>Seal the jar and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.</p>
