Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

- 1 pound hamburger meat - 1 2528 ounce can of whole tomatoes - Medium sized white onion - 1 peeled carrot - ½ of a one celery stick - 1 tbsp. dried basil or oregano (or both!) !) - Optional: 1/2 tsp salt, 2 spoons vinegar, 1/4 tsp cayenne. Add olive oil to frying pan and fry meat until no longer pink. Having some crispy bits is good. Put tomatoes (along with the sauce they come in) in Cuisinart or mixer.
