Egg Salad Sandwiches

  • Hard boiled eggs (1 or 2 per sandwich)
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise per egg
  • Pinch salt
  • Optional: capers, pepper, curry to taste

Hard boil an egg. Once boiled, cool the egg by running it under cold water. Bang against a table/counter/pot and shell the egg. Mash egg with fork, add mayonnaise and mix. Add salt. Optional: add capers, pepper, curry.
