For this recipe you will 2 plates, one full of flour and one full of breadcrumbs, and a bowl with a egg mixed up in it. Take 3/8 lb per person of fish. Cover the fish in flour, then dip it into the egg. Cover with bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until golden brown. Serve with lemon.
