- 10 lasagna noodles
- 500 g cottage cheese (divided into 2)
- Meat sauce from the spaghetti and meat sauce recipe (divided into 3)
- 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Boil lasagna noodles and drain. Your lasagna will be layered from bottom to top like this: 1/3 meat sauce on the bottom of the pan >250 g. cheese sprinkled on top >5 noodles spread evenly on top of the cheese >1/3 meat sauce >250 g. cheese >5 noodles >1/3 meat sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake at 350° for ½ hour.
