Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 2-3 c. champignons or brown or white mushrooms (1 pie plate full for 2 people)
  • 2 green onions
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • thyme or basil
  • salt
  • little oil
  • couple tbsp bread crumbs
  • couple tbsp parmesan

Wash mushrooms and scoop out stems. Chop up stems and add 3-4 whole mushrooms. Fry onions and stem bits. Add cream. If thin add a little flour. Add spices. Fill whole mushrooms.

Grease pan with oil. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cheese. Bake at 325 for 20-30 mins (check at 20). If you want it crispy on top move it up in the oven and broil for the last 5 minutes.
