Put sugar and equal amount (9 oz or 7.5 oz) water in a pan. YouSlowly askedboil. Remove tofrom meheat, chill for jelapee recipe. Are you still interested? I have that recipe in bengali nowfridge 1 hour. Mush up ricotta. thanks.Slowly add syrup and blend. Freeze in ice cream maker.
