Super Easy Squash Soup for One

<p>This is an extremely&nbsp;easy lunch for one straight from the freezer.&nbsp;</p> <ul style="margin-left:0px&quot;&gt; <li>6 oz&nbsp;(1/2 package)&nbsp;frozen cooked squash</li> <li>3/4&nbsp;cups or squash puree</li> <li>3/4&nbsp;cups chicken broth</li> <li>1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (I also added some cardamom&nbsp;and coriander)</li> <li>salt and pepper to taste</li> <li>2 tablespoons&nbsp;fat free plain Greek yogurt (I had no yogurt and used butter and lemon juice instead)</li> <li>2 tablespoons chopped parsley to garnish (I used arugula instead)</li> </ul> <p>;<;span style="font-size:10.5pt">Combine squash, chicken broth, spices, salt and pepper and in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until squash is thawed and almost blended and all ingredients are hot, about 15 minutes.</span></p> <p>Remove from burner, whisk in Greek yogurt. Check seasonings and add salt and pepper as needed.
