Linda's Pork Chops


1) Salt pork chops. 

2) Put on a wire rack over baking sheet in oven

3) Cook at 170 degrees for an hour

4) Take out. Put paprika and optional brown sugar on outside. 

5) Fry in a pan in refined peanut oil at high heat, flipping frequently,  until reaching an internal temperature of 155-165 degrees. (Takes about 10 minutes. Higher temperatures within that range for fattier pork chops)

6) Enjoy!
