Simple Salmon


Starting with thawed Salmon, 

preheat oven to 300

Pat Salmon dry

sprinkle salt, brown sugar and pepper on both sides

Fry in a pan on stovetop, skin side down in peanut oil until ski loosens up (about 5 min)

Flip and transfer to oven

Using a potholder, take out when internal temperature reaches 135.
