1) Wash kale. Separate stems from leaves.
2) chop stems up into quarter inch slices and put them in a pan with some oil and some chopped onions, proportions of onion to kale is to taste. Cook on medium heat until soft. Add about half tsp of fish sauce.
3) add the leaves, and optional garlic
4) to taste, add some salt and sesame seeds, lemon juice. cook one more minute.
