Carrot Cake
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated carrots
Combine oil, sugar, and eggs.
In another bowl, combine flour, soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients, alternatively with the milk, to the egg mixture.
Stir in grated carrots.
Pour into greased 9" square pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
