Use toothpicks to attach pineapple slices combine ingredients in bowl (you may need a multiple of this recipe). Cover pork shoulder well, and let stand. Cook at 275 F until internal temperature reaches 135 F. Use toothpicks to attach pineapple slices to outside of roast. Continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 155 F.
