Microwaved Poached Egg
- Egg, Butter.
- Optional: green onions, cheese, ham
Put green onions, butter and ham in microwave in a small bowl for 30 s on high power. Add egg, prick it to avoid an explosion, then sprinkle cheese on top. Put a saucer on top of the bowl and put it on power 3 for 1 m 45 s (if using ham it takes longer). Serve on toast. Note: this is a great, easy breakfast, but the instructions are for our microwave. You might have to play around to get it working for your microwave.
