For this recipe, you will either need a poached egg maker or the metal ring off the lid of a jar. Boil enough water so the egg will be completely covered and plop the ring into the water. Break egg into ring and turn stove off. Let the egg sit in the water and put the lid on the pot. It will take a couple of minutes; egg is done when it is firm and the yolk is bleached yellow colour (covered over with a white layer). Serve on toast.
