Breadmaker Bread
# Makes a nutty, dense, delicious bread. Especially good for toast.
# Add in this order:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup brown flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup ground flax
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
Make sure yeast doesn't touch water.
Cook 'firm' with 'firm crust'.
