Whacky Cake-L
# Dry Ingredients
- 3/2 c flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1.5 c flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp b soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ c sugar
# Wet Ingredients
- 1/3 c oil
- 1 c cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp vinegar
In bowl mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Grease and flour square/round pan or use wax paper. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
