- - 1.5 c flour

- 1 c cold water

- 1 tsp b soda

- 1/3 c oil

- 2 tbsp vinegar

- ¾ c sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 3 tbsp cocoa

In bowl mix flour through cocoa. Add water through vanilla. Grease and flour square/round pan or use wax paper. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
