Marsala</p> <p>1/4 tsp. thyme</p> <p>1/8 c. basil or sage</p> <p>1/4 c. spinach leaves</p> <p>1/4 tsp lemon rind (or more, to taste)</p&gt; &lt;p>1/4 pound feta<;/p> <p>3/8 c. breadcrumbs</p> <p>4 sheets filo</p> <p>1/4 pound feta</p> <p>3/8 c. breadcrumbs</p> <p>4 sheets filo</p> <p>1/2 Tbl. butter</p> <p>1/2 Tbl. butter</p> <p>1/4 pound feta</p> <p><strong>Method</strong></p> <p>Fry onions, garlic, mushrooms until soft. Add Marsala, thyme, sage, spinach, lemon rind, and crumbled feta. Let the strudel filling cool (otherwise, it causes the filo to split).</p&lt;/p&gt; <p>Baste filo with melted butter.
