The Best Greek Potatoes
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>1 Pound of potatoes peeled and cut into thick wedges</p>
<p>3 garlic cloves, crushed</p>
<p>.25 c chicken broth</p>
<p>.25 c. olive oil</p>
<p>.5 of a whole lemon, juiced. about 1.5 TBL</p>
<p>.5 TBL dried oregano</p>
<p>.5 TSP salt</p>
<p>.25 TSP ground pepper</p>
<p>parsley for sprinkling at the end</p>
<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>
<p>Line a baking dish with parchment paper</p>
<p>Arrange potaoe wedges in the pan</p>
<p>Combine garlic, stock, olive oil, lemon, oregano, salt, pepper. Stir and our over portatoes</p>
<p>Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Stir well and pour sauce over potatoes.</p>
<p>Bake again for another 30 to 45 minutes. </p>
<p>Scatter with parsley.</p>
<p>Delish!</p>
<p>Note: I used red potatoes and didn't peel them. I think they were fine. </p>
