Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Preheat over to 350° F. Mix 3 c. of [Mom’s Mom’s Sneaky Everything Cookie Mix](/recipe/15) with with 1 c. rolled oats, 1 tsp cinnamon and ½ tsp nutmeg. Add ¾ c. soft butter, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat together for 2 mins or until well mixed. Stir in 1 c. raisins. Roll into 1-inch balls, flatten slightly and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 mins or until cookies golden brown at edges.
