Tuna Salad

Chop up lettuce, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, pickled artichokes, cooked vegetables (eg beans, asparagus). Add 1 – 2 cans of tuna with mayonnaise (or combo of mayonnaise and low-fat yogurt) and capers, dill, tarragon, fresh basil, olives.
